Return Policy

How are products returned via shipping?

Unless the product/s are determined to have a serious failure, the consumer will often be responsible for paying the shipping charges associated with a return once the product has been accepted for return. In this scenario, we will cover all shipping expenses, and we will instruct you on how to return the item, free of charge. We ask that you use the cheapest shipping option to send these things back. Items returned due to sizing concerns or change of mind require you to pay the shipping costs back to us, but these products will only be accepted for return if they are brand-new, unopened, and still with their tags on.


What items and in what condition are returnable? 

Upon receipt, you may return any unopened, brand-new item, along with any items that were either damaged in transit or delivered in error. Clothing needs to be clean and unused. Unopened figurines, lamps, pins, and keychains are required. For every product, the packaging, wrapping, and tag must be present. No wrinkles or marks are permitted on books.


How soon are returns handled? 

After we get the item(s), it could take us 1–5 business days to process your refund.


How is money returned?

The cost of the returned item will be reimbursed back to the linked account when a credit card refund is given.


How are exchanges handled?

After you have mailed your product/s to our location, it will then be taken to our return handling department, and we ask that you attach a note to the package you have return, defining what you would want to exchange for, e.g. a different size, and please email your request to our support system email, and we will send you a bill for shipping.


How long do you have to claim? 

You will have six weeks available to return or exchange your product/s.


How do I return items? 

Simply email us at, and tell us whether you are exchanging or refunding the item/s. If there is damage or an incorrect order given to you please give the details of your order, and you full name, as well as attached photos of what you have received. Then a staff member will be in contact with you shortly after. If you are exchanging the item, please detail what you want the item exchanged for, e.g. another size, and post your item to 260 Forest Road Bexley.
